Finance Clerk
Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical and accounting tasks, including processing invoices, data entry, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and assisting with payroll and other financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, proficiency with accounting software SAGE 300 and spreadsheets, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the finance department in maintaining financial management systems and procedures
Process invoices and bill payments as authorized by the relevant program manager, including all aspects of Accounts Payable
Distribute cheques appropriately (e.g., held for pick-up, mailed, etc.)
Follow proper procedures for reversing payments, voiding cheques, and coding expenses accurately to the correct departments
Process bi-weekly payroll and travel claims
Develop and maintain accurate filing systems
Maintain up-to-date payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable records
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of experience working with Sage 300 is required
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
Additional Benefit over and above salary:

Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations and support a positive, productive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, employee relations, and organizational development.
In this role, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Duties:
Work with all managers to understand and implement policies and procedures

-Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees
-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops
-Maintain employee records by designing an effective personnel filing system to include hiring information, promotions, transfers, evaluations, and terminations
-Develop and update job descriptions, advertisements, and interview questions as needed
-Maintain accurate Accruals and timely reporting to all employees
-Preparing ROE
-Dealing with all staffing issues

Under guidance of the Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will be the lead technician for the location, ensuring the safe & efficient operation of shop facilities and work being conducted by the Service Team.
This position will safely and efficiently perform repairs & maintenance to agricultural machinery that meets or exceeds customer and CLAAS standards. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, equipment failure diagnostics of engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, transmissions, power train, brakes, steering, electronics, computer applications, HVAC and removal/repair/replacement of failed components.

REQUIREMENTS
Journeyman Diploma
5+ years industry experience, preferred
Valid drivers license required with verifiable safe driving history
Working knowledge of agricultural equipment, required
Prior experience in troubleshooting methods
